With Techniweb we found a global solution, integrated into the Pecom manroland controls of our Colorman lines. At the end of production our blankets, common impression cylinders, inking/dampening rollers and web leads are clean.
This limits manual operations on inking and guide rollers, improves productivity and reduces maintenance costs. We no longer have to deal with the destruction of soiled ink and solvent.
