The installation of Technocleaners has enabled us to increase our production capacity. It was necessary for us to be able to do more regular washings during production, and to have a global wash of the whole machine at the end of production.

This technology brought significant gains in maintenance and improved our methods on the 4 sections of our 12 Colorman towers.

First integrated with Honeywell, the Technocleaners are now interfaced with our EAE press controls.

The programs have been optimised and the waste used for washing is not a significant cost compared to the savings we made.
