Our long-standing partnership with QIPC EAE has enabled us to implement numerous modernisation projects using IDS systems for colour registration, cut-off registration, ink control and dampening control.
Complete installations of QIPC’s IDS 3D systems have been carried out at L’EST REPUBLICAIN on a KBA COMMANDER, at DNA in Strasbourg on a Wifag, at Midi Libre on a Wifag, at NICE MATIN on a manroland, and at La Voix du Nord on a Wifag, amongst others.

In addition to the washing systems fitted at many of Riccobono’s sites, we have the opportunity to jointly develop new solutions for the addressing of newspapers and magazines. This long-standing collaboration is bearing fruit in the form of significant technical innovations.

In 2026, we will be equipping the WIFAG OF370 lines in Villingen-Schwenningen; the brush systems will be replaced by Technocleaners, which we will interface with the ABB press controls.
We are delighted that the group has placed its trust in techniweb; this project represents a new installation for techniweb in Germany within a consolidating market.

DPG MEDIA in Best has chosen to replace its brush washers with Technocleaners on their 12-cylinder Wifag EV 375S presses. The system is interfaced with the Wifag press controls. We are very proud of this second installation within the DPG MEDIA group, following the one in Amsterdam a few years ago. This project was the result of excellent cooperation with DPG and our partners VMS and WIFAG.

Techniweb will equip CH MEDIA’s six Wifag OF 470 presses with Technocleaners to replace the brush washers.
The interface is supplied by ABB.

This is yet another sign of a long-standing partnership with PRESSEDRUCK POTSDAM, which had already fitted its KBA COMMANDER CL in 2014.
The COLORA has two towers and will be fitted with Technocleaners interfaced with EAE.

Techniweb has completed the installation of Techniweb, Betz and QIPC systems at the new LA MONTAGNE CENTRE France printing centre in Clermont-Ferrand. The two REGIOMAN 8-unit web presses are supplied with ink via the BETZ – SEVEG pumping station supplied and installed by Techniweb. The presses are equipped with Technocleaners washers interfaced with Pecom, as well as QIPC systems for colour registration, cut-off registration and closed-loop ink/dampening control. We are delighted with our partnership with QIPC, BETZ and SEVEG.

Modernisation of EAE controls at Union de Reims Rossel Media. Union ROSSEL MEDIA in Reims has modernised the controls on its GOSS UNILINER press with EAE. This modernisation provided an opportunity to equip Union with EAE DESK 7 consoles, as has been done at DPG MEDIA, MEDIA HUIS and MEDIAPRINT, amongst others. The aim was, of course, to ensure the long-term viability of the production line and to streamline the press controls following several configuration changes.

The Lyon-based daily newspaper of the EBRA Group, which prints Le Progrès as well as newspapers in Burgundy, has installed new Technocleaners from Technicweb on its 10 Goss Mainstream web presses. The Technocleaners replace fabric washers that were no longer operational. This is a new installation for Technicweb within the EBRA Group, following the one at L’Est Républicain in Nancy.
